MASTER is built around IBM products today. Technology products from other vendors are planned. Earlier coverage of another vendor’s products can be added for a small additional fee, quoted and agreed before work begins.

AFTER THE PILOT
What happens after 90 days?
Review the pilot outcomes and agree the ongoing account scope. Production coverage is $2,000 per actively managed account per month. Account capacity, deployment charges where applicable, and contract term are specified in the proposal.
The pilot does not constitute automatic enrollment in a production subscription.
